Wednesday night in Kid's Connection, we had a party for the children in celebration of the birth of Jesus. It was a wonderful party, but what I am most thankful for about it is the blessing of getting to work with these kids and have a part to play in their coming to know Jesus. Our goal this week, other than just having fun, was to help them: remember the true meaning of the Christmas, remember that it is better to give than to receive and learn that Christmas is not all about getting all that we want. Here are a few pictures from that night:
